Return Policy
No Returns on Personalized Products
All our products are custom-made to your specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our items, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on completed orders.
Voluntary Cancellation Before Completion
As a courtesy, you may cancel your order before your product is completed. In this case, we will refund 50% of the purchase price. We notify you of completion via email through: shipping confirmation for physical products, delivery confirmation for digital products/downloads, or pickup notification for in-store pickup.
How to Cancel Before Completion
Email us at service@dreamytales.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. Cancellations are only possible before we send completion notification.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged, was produced incorrectly, or doesn't match your order specifications, contact us immediately at service@dreamytales.com. We'll work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any issues as soon as possible so we can assist you promptly.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Due to their personalized nature, the following items cannot be returned: all personalized products (after completion), digital content after delivery, gift cards, and custom-made items.
Refunds
Courtesy refunds (50% before completion) are processed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation. Refunds for defects or incorrect orders are processed within 14 days after review. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are not refunded for courtesy cancellations.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund confirmation without receiving it, please contact us at service@dreamytales.com.
